Refund Policy:Unlike host facility presentations where the course workbook and software (intellectual property) are issued attendees on site the first day of the Course, Web Course attendees receive their workbook and software 3 - 10 days in advance of the Course. Therefore, NO refunds will be issued once the materials are received by or for registered Web Course attendee. If you miss the course for some reason, we will reschedule you for an upcomming course at no additional cost.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO LOG-IN TO COURSE:
The Web session is 100 % browser based; there is nothing to download. It works with PC/MAC/LINUX machines.
We recommend VOIP with headphone/mic (U.S. compatable for overseas users) or a unlimited Nationwide long distance telephone servce plan; generally less than $20. month to dial into a U.S. number. Cancel this long distance service later if you like. Celluar phones are NOT recommended, as service is inconsistant and will eventually drop you at the worst time. The other option is a toll number. Keyboard chat style for questions is most common with no telephone necessary to logon to the seminar. All login information will be forwarded once course registration and fees are received.
